If your clothes steamer is not producing steam, make sure the power is turned on and the release steam button is pressed. The prompt light should be on, and after 15 seconds of heating, the light will go out, and the steamer will release a large amount of steam.

If the handheld steamer is leaking after heating up, it's normal for a small amount of water to leak before the heating is complete. Wait 10 seconds after the heating is finished before starting to iron to avoid burns.

If the heat light doesn't come on and no steam is released, ensure the power supply is connected successfully and turn on the steam switch to release the steam.
